出生于1962年美国LVF公司公司的创始人莱维赛沃尔先生完成了具有创新意义的高压锻造阀门的整体设计，当时最早将电子束焊接运用于阀门行业的是美国联合技术公司，其技术负责人就是后来美国LVF公司的创始人莱维塞沃尔先生，第一代卡箍式阀门于1984年由美国联合泵阀技术公司投放市场，随着当时太空产品需求的急剧上升,美国联合技术公司决定放弃其民用工业产品，在此情况下，莱维塞沃尔先生成为卡箍式阀门技术的合法继承者,并成立了现在的美国LVF公司公司。
